Day 99

Hey everybody. Wow, I have not wrote anything in a while. For that I am sorry. But I have been very busy.

I am still losing weight. Yes. As of today I am 237 and pray that I keep going down til I get to my goal weight.

So tomorrow is Weigh-In Wednesday.....................

Day 77

Another day...................

I am so sleepy today. Hmmmmmmmmm. How many times did I fall asleep at work? Too many times to count.

Counting my calories are coming easy, it is just keeping up with my sodium. I can not go over or my feet and hands will swell. Sucks!

Day 74

I have been busy and admit this week was not a good week for me. Sometimes I felt sad and cry sometimes out of no where. someone who has lost someone special to them will understand. It is getting close to when she passed away and I can not be more stressed. The legal stuff of it all is stressful and I thank God for my love ones who reach out to me and some me love.

Day 70


Hello World!

Yes. That is me. I had to double look myself. I can not I am doing it! I will continue. I am 249 pounds now and I can not remember the last time I was in the 240s. Long time, but I feel great.

This week weigh in might be a little off because I have a visit from a special friend. So I will weigh myself, but I will weigh myself again on Friday. Today I will take another rest day. I might walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes. I am in pain and not feeling good. Only will eat 1208 calories.

Day 67

Oh My!!!!!!!!!!!! So sorry for not writing. I have been busy. So much on my plate.

But I have been doing really good. I am at 249 now. YAY! 31 pounds loss. I am feeling full of energy and I am having a blast. This week we have been snowed in so we have been spending a lot of time together. (husband and the two kids). I got out in the snow two days in a row, running around, throwing snowballs and building a snow-woman. It was so much fun.

I also have been working out longer. So now I am going to just workout 5 days a week. My body is feeling it. I was so tired when I got on the treadmill this morning. But I got through my workout that lasted for 45 minutes now.

So right about now, I am going to play the Xbox Kinect with the husband and kids. We are about to have loads of fun.

Day 56

HELLO EVERYBODY!

I am sorry I have not wrote anything in almost a week. I have been working hard and I am trying to find time to fit everything in. I do exercise before work and sometimes after. I still eat my foods but sometimes it is hard to hit 1200 calories. I have been (not trying) for the past three days hitting 1100 calories. I sometimes do not have time to eat my snack. I will try harder. I will just eat my snack during my breaks.

 I wish I had a picture with them on, but I could not for the life of me fit them. I say 10 more pounds, they will be fitting comfortable.

I can tell that I lost weight now. I can get back in two pair of my jeans (comfortable). 

I am still nervous about my weigh-in. I hope I met my goal of two pounds. Crossing my fingers.
