It is still winter break and my family goes back to work/school on Monday. I have back off track with sleeping but still eating right and exercising.
Day 25..................
I exercised on my treadmill and my daughter wanted to exercise as well.
Day 26......................
Well I hurt my knee the other night playing the Kinect, but I still exercised today. As soon as I started exercising things want to happen. My first or second week I had a cold, now my knee. It's cool.
I am going to watch some football and relax.
