Well sorry Folks. I did not get to write on Monday. I had a rough day. It was hard. I ate off schedule and I did not drink enough water.But I got through it. God is good!
Sometimes I feel so sad. I think too much. I never experience missing someone so much as much as I missed my mom. She used to joke around saying you will miss me when I am gone. And she was right. I miss her.
I know she will be proud of me. Keeping a stand for my health.
Well Mom, I hope you are looking down on me smiling. I will not give up!
