Day 37 Weight-In Wednesday

YAY! I loss 5 pounds. 80 more pounds to go!

I am feeling great. Still a little tired after my workout.

I love Oolong tea and green tea. I drink two cups of Oolong tea and one cup of green tea every day.

So my blood pressure is good. Well, the bottom number is still kind of high. 119/86

Eating right and exercising is a very good decision I have made in a very long time. Putting my health at the top of my list is a lifetime thing.
