So sorry I did not write anything yesterday but I was tired. I did work out. I just think it is almost that time of the month and I get a little bit fatigue a week before.
Today, I got my work-out in as well. I think I am going to chill out for the rest of the day. I am tired and need to relax my body. I have a lot of things on my mind at this time.
I am trying my break not to go to the one thing that I found in the past to relax me, food.
NO NO NO.
Losing 20 pounds was hard work and I am not gaining another pound.
I will just have to talk my problems out or write about them.
So I am on to relax time.
