So today I started doing Power 90. Just mixing things up a bit.
My daughter was home with me because she was sick. But she was well enough to do some of it with me. Which was cool. Wow you can burn a lot of calories doing this.
I am happy with myself today. I am not hungry or did I try to overeat.
I can not wait til Wednesday morning to see how much I loss for week 5.

I am making homemade Flat-bread Pizza tomorrow. Sounds good I know.
Also my blood pressure is still great. I am going to go to the doctor next month.
