This is my 10th day of my new lifestyle and I have a cold. My daughter was sick earlier this week and now she is feeling much better. Now I am sick from the cold she had. Nasty cold. I feel tired and weak, but I am going to still exercise.
After Workout: I did it! I really had to push myself today. 40 minutes workout
So, NO MORE EXCUSES!
See ya tomorrow. I am going to rest for the rest of the day.
